Each one is a fixed scope at a fixed price. Book one, or a few.
A full run-of-show built backward from the moments that matter, cross-checked against every vendor's arrival and load-out. Delivered as a shareable document plus a printed version for the day.
Ninety minutes on site with you, walking the room the way the day will actually move. You leave with a scaled floor plan, a flow map, and a list of the things nobody thought about yet.
We run the rehearsal so your family doesn't have to. Processional order, cues, timing, and a clear brief for everyone with a job the next day.
